When we do your renovation inspection, we also look over other areas which may need repair in your home.
Then, when a tradesman arrives to work on your renovation, you're in a position to have him remedy other deficiencies at the same time.
If you like, Baker Street can also inspect the progress of your renovation project on a weekly basis or at the completion of each phase.
