Hi Rina--Hope everything is well. Thank you for sharing a pizza with us. It brought back old times. Sorry I haven't sent any listings but there haven't been many new ones. I think that 23 Northcliffe is interesting. It has not sold but as you can see houses on the street sell for much more when they seem renovated. I like the location. It brings Fabio close to the subway and you closer to work. The schools either Regal Road or St Clare are both good. Please let me know what you think
